According to Bloomberg, before the halving, many Bitcoin miners are moving mining machines from the United States to Africa and South America. Due to low electricity prices, 600,000 S19 machines are being moved. The unit price of these mining machines was once as high as $11,500 after the halving. It may drop to $350 later.
